In 2006, Angela Rodenburgh had an epiphany. As the Director of Marketing for a large industrial distribution firm, she had tried working with many marketing agencies to achieve the results their company wanted and was always underwhelmed.

Through endless rounds of revisions due to carelessness and lack of attention, and a digression from the clients vision, she decided it was time to take matters into her own hands, and that was when Ladder Up Marketing was born. Since then, we are proud to say that we’ve grown exponentially.

Ladder Up is an integrated marketing services agency that provides clients with essential marketing services including strategy, design, branding, social media, and consumer metrics. We work with business-to-business clients and with business-to-consumer clients alike, helping them achieve sales and growth goals.

We love the community we live in and give back every chance we get. We regularly volunteer for organizations such as Red Cross, Unicef, and Arts Umbrella and are always interested in opportunities to volunteer either our time or services.
