We’re Hiring – Business Assistant/Copywriter
This position would best suit someone that has an aptitude for business activities including servicing customers via phone and email, marketing, and some bookkeeping. If you enjoy working independently and are a self-starter, this position will be ideal.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following:
* Coordination of orders/billing/deliveries/activities of staff
* Communication with customers/suppliers/contractors (email and by phone)
* Aid in the creation of marketing materials
* Social media involvement
* Data entry
* Proactively researching new ways to engage clients online
* Effective written communication
* Engaging personality both in-person and over the phone
* Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
* Strong organizational and record keeping skills that demonstrate attention to detail
* Highly computer literate
* Aptitude with Excel, WordPress, Quickbooks, Mailchimp or Constant Contact is an asset.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
*Some college preferred.
