ER Translations

It’s the website nightmare no one wants to experience. Our client, ER Translations, lost their site.

As is often the risk in our sophisticated electronic world, the site was hacked. There was no backup, so recovery wasn’t possible and everything was lost – it happens so fast and leaves nothing of benefit behind. This left ER Translations in the unfortunate position of starting from scratch when it came to their website.

Their former site was attractive, yet because of the need for a rebuild, it was an opportunity to improve functionality and brand the site to make it more obvious what the company is about, what their key services are and that clients can access the site in one of three languages.

Things started off with an update to ER Translation’s logo to punch it up with some vibrant colours. Then, when we built the new site, we incorporated a strong colour scheme with classic photos to attract visual interest. The home page was developed to better communicated the offerings of this experienced translation company. Perhaps most exciting was the ability to make the new site responsive to all the devices that might access it – and do so in a choice of three languages – English, French and Spanish.

Of course increases security and backup were incorporated into the backend. Check it out, let us know what you think.
